A minimum experience of five years of information management in a university setting.
Working knowledge with database systems, hardware and software systems, and analytics tools.

Knowledge of creating and developing reports, dashboards and digital boardroom.
Knowledge of databases. Knowledge of SAP databases is highly desirable.

Provides training and support to the data management system users in the Division and across Departments.
Develops and implements protocols for data collection and quality control to ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data.

Design, Architect, implement by translating the Functional requirements into the Financial Planning business processes.

The Data Analytics Planning Specialist is responsible for the Financial Planning Process and Data Management including but not limited to maintenance of SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Planning Application, relevant integrations with SAC for the Central Budgeting office encompassing the various Planning Users across all the KAUST Departments, and ensuring the operation of the Planning process, data quality control, and analytics of the entire planning process. Business Warehouse, Data Integrity, Management Account Reporting, Analytics, Dashboard, Digital Boardroom
