One or two years’ experience in Helpdesk / Call Center / Customer Care. Additional Requirement

To act as the first point of contact. This involves operating and maintaining a call center. To sure a professional, effective and customer focused interaction with all internal and external customers.
Ensuring a prompt, accurate and courteous response to customers’ requests received either telephonically or electronically.
Provide required information to customer enquiry
Receive accurate data input when logging and updating a task into Help Desk System.
Receive and escalate customer complaint
Conduct customer survey
Escalate complaints as and when needed
Provide a seamless service and process between the help desk system and individual operations
Provide accurate and up to date information to end users.
Monitor, control and maintain the operations of the Design Insight Building Management System (BMS) at the Central station and proactively provide intervention to diagnosis, probable faults and interruptions to service.
Operate the Design Insight BMS for proper function and monitors against approved benchmarks to include; HVAC, Lighting, Fire Alarm and Electrical.
Checks routinely for correct operation of all equipment in locations that include BMS control of systems
Monitor the operation of the HVAC control systems using the BMS to monitor performance.
Carry out routine checks for correct operation of all control equipment as directed by site management and Daily/Weekly Servicing Plan.
Adjust variables and provide adjustment as required to ensure systems are operating correctly within parameters.
Monitors and verifies operation of all BMS field devices.
