Responsible for the analysis and improvement of daily activities associated with various HR processes and programs.
· Help the HR Technology & Analytics Team Leader in managing systems and processes that encompass multiple organizational functions in the area of SAPFieldglass
· Defining potential improvements to processes and systems that can lead to enhancements.
· Help the HR Technology & Analytics Team in projects to review and re-engineer processes, develop performance metrics, evaluate systems, and identify deficiencies to propose and implement strategic solutions in the area of SAP Fieldglass
· Conduct studies to review the ERP utilization by department in order to maximize IS service efficacy, accountability and cost efficiency
· Assisting in the testing of the new SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Fieldglass Processes and Forms (Workflows) module
· Assisting in the documentation of the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and / or Provide system training to end users as needed
