1-2 years of relevant experience working within a diverse team.
Advanced experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, to create spreadsheets, charts and pivot tables.
Background and/or experience working in agriculture is a plus.

Provide administrative and business support to the team in relation governmental organizations in the Kingdom, using standard office equipment, corporate systems, processes, policies and procedures.
Collect data on consumers, competitors, and market place; as well as consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations. Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and messaging.
Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and raises awareness of the importance of agricultural sustainability.
Coordinate and schedule meetings with the research team, potential clients and stakeholders, prepare meeting minutes, action logs, letters and other types of written material.
Coordinate purchase orders for lab and office supplies, follow ups, and maintains purchasing card account and submits invoices for payment.
Coordinate travel, prepare itineraries, trip files and expense reports.
Coordinate visitor and customer visits; and plan special events as directed by management.
