Minimum 5 to 7 years of relevant experience at a Supervisory level is desired.

Conduct safety inspections as scheduled and complete them on in time.

Perform with maintenance employees along with other technical personnel to develop proactive and effective team working together to attain set objectives.
Monitor the computerized maintenance management system (MAXIMO) data frequently and ensure the team inputs all required data as agreed with KAUST management for all reactive and PPM tasks.
Ensure that KAUST HSE policies and procedures are followed and complied with.
Ensure all P1 Incidents Reports are completed through FRACAS system with the proper root cause (for all P1, repeated issues, etc.)
Work hand to hand with the team to organize a good team environment and appear;
Monitor materials and parts consumption, ensure the consumed material is original & new and verify the replaced material.
Escalate any technical issue needs support and guidance.
Ensure compliance with all related KAUST policies and procedures;
Monitor all complaints and attend with the team and find out the root cause
Review all repeated failures cases related to the same civil assets and infrastrutuctures to prevent in the future
Set up planned work with method statement with Service Provider and communicate it with Maintenance Rep
Participate in Projects Walkthrough and provide EIL (if there is any).
Act with full readiness for any request by the management related to the department
Communicate with the Building management and customer services division for any issue needs direct interaction with customers.
Support other community maintenance functions such as asset management and planning, audit, and inspection if requested by direct lead/manager.
Daily Maintenance backlog monitoring & analysis and report/escalate highlighted issues to community maintenance leadership.
Conduct the regular visit to the worksites to ensure safety, quality, and qualification of contractor skilled workers, technicians, and supervisors comply with all related maintenance standard procedures.
Conduct walkthroughs if necessary, with Bldg. management team and Bldg. users to provide information and identify issues and discuss work progress.
Issue “Report It” for any incident report or near mess within the assigned area or any other area in KAUST.
Oversee safety and housekeeping of the areas under maintenance.
Report any technical problems needs third party or interference from other clients department.
Review the PPM/Inspection schedule periodically and reporting the progress with enhancement recommendations.
Supervise and Monitoring Punctuality of assigned workforce within zone/area of responsibility.
Support technically for any client event within the assigned area.
Ensure maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and promptly.
Train Maintenance technicians
