FM Business Systems Function:
Responsible for compliance with applicable FM policies and procedures.
Supports the digitalization of FM Project Management operations as well as the enhancement of the availability, visibility and interpretation of PMO data.
Analyzes and prioritizes departmental processes and needs; creates and implements innovative, digital solutions to simplify and improve procedures.
Applies analytical thinking skills to diagnose and make recommendations on systems.
Incorporates knowledge of business and technology to make recommendations.

End Users Support:

Conduct a periodic review for all assigned FM systems and recommend area for improvements
Work as the focal point of contact between FM stakeholders and the IT departments
Provide training as needed for FM users/ FM service provider users in different systems such as SharePoint/ FM website/ Procore system
Develop different business reports utilizing Power BI technology
Make recommendations for enhancements and modifications to improve system performance, efficiency, internal business process, and reporting.
