Previous international or national agency, company, or university experience
Proficient user of Adobe CS suite, especially In Design, Illustrator and Premier. Also previous use of PowerPoint
Adobe Premier or Mailchimp would be desirable
Previously worked on print and digital projects
Organizational skills are important, as you will need to be able to manage workloads, prioritize and meet deadlines
Experience giving presentations and graphic design skills
Creative and quick learner
Team player
Must be able to work some weekends and evenings when required
Advanced Level of English.
Design identities and visual styles for our events and communications materials
Creating posters, branding materials, brochures, and catalogues
Design for print, online, and e-mail campaigns
Create short video teaser for special promotion of Enrichment events
Create, update and follow up on the deliverables schedule in liaison with the Enrichment Events Planner and the Communications Lead
Create templates and the branding guidelines of the Enrichment Office
Supervise the final printed products
Coordinate the display of all the Enrichment Office printed materials on campus
Liaise and follow up with Campus Support for the correct and on-time distribution and collection of all printed materials to be displayed oncampus
Follow up and survey drop off, location, and collection of materials
Perform other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of the employee’s knowledge, skills and abilities in the field of his/her position.
